EXEMPTION OF TAX UNDER CST ACT 1956 ON INTER-STATE SALES OF FURNISHING CLOTH

The Government of Maharashtra hereby in public interest, exempts w.e.f. 1^st April, 2013, the tax payable on sale of furnishing cloth notified under Maharashtra Value Added Tax, 2002 in course of inter- State trade or commerce made to any person or dealer by any dealer having his place of business in the State of Maharashtra in respect of the sale of said goods made by him from such place of business.
