This is with reference to BSE Notice No. 20130319-19 dated March 19, 2013 regarding submission of Annual System Audit Report and related documents for the year ended March 31, 2013 by trading members who have availed of the IML/Internet facility from the Exchange.

It is clarified that annual Systems audit may be conducted and certified by ISA/DISA/ CISSP certified auditor in addition to CISA certified auditor.
