DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR PARTNERSHIP REGISTRATION

1. Minimum 2 Persons –Name , Address , Occupation, Age, Father’s Name
2. Address Proof- Voter I.D / Driving license / Passport copy (self attested)
3. ID Proof of all Partners and Landlord (Self Attested) – PAN card/ Ration card
4. Latest Electricity Bill / House tax Receipt / Water Bill photocopy of the premises attested by the landlord.
5. All ID Proofs and Address proofs to be submitted in photocopy as well as original.
6. Partnership Deed on Rs. 200/- stamp paper
7. If rented, Rent deed, Rent Receipt
8. NOC from Landlord on Rs.10/- stamp paper
9. Signatures on Partnership Firm Registration FORM-1.
10. There is no minimum Capital Requirement.
