AMENDMENTS IN THE CUSTOMS NOTIFICATION NO. 61/1994(NT) REGARDING CUSTOMS AIRPORTS

Central Government hereby makes the amendments in the Notification No. 61/1994 regarding the appointment of Customs Airports.

Through the Notification No. 29/2013 another Airport in the State of Maharashtra is being appointed.

Now, Ojhar will be appointed as Customs Airport in the State of Maharashtra for the following purposes:

a)  Loading of :

                                     i.        Baggage of defence personnel;

                                    ii.        Imported goods related to Ministry of Defence.

b)   Unloading of :

                                     i.        Baggage of defence personnel;

            ii.  Export goods related to Ministry of Defence
